At first I thought Joe was going to be much like other mechanics - turned me away because "there's no check engine light". Sometimes though no engine light doesn't mean the car is alright. Anyway, I described what I felt, he listened and took a mental note I presume because after I left he called me back with a suggestion. The very first shop to have done so! I felt special at that point. Turned the car around and drove back to his shop. About his shop! Yes neat & clean. I feel your car would get the attention it deserves with him. No distractions around. Seating area is neat and clean too, No TV which is good haha but there are interesting magazines to read. Easy to find location. He seemed personable. Thank you Joe for taking the time out to look at my car today despite your hesitation, at the beginning. This is day 50 of me owning the car. It drives much better and doesn't jerk as much.
